Directions to the gym:
We are located in the Arlington Highlands Shopping Center on the Northeast corner of I-20 and Matlock Road. We are in the building between Staples and the Studio Movie Grill on the upper level. From I-20, take the Matlock Road exit and go North. Turn into the Arlington Highlands entrance which is between Regions Bank and Wendy's. Go straight ahead until you see our sign.

foundation in our non-competitive motor skill development programs, such as
gymnastics, sports skills and karate, all taught in a fun, safe and nurturing
environment. We encourage children to develop at their own pace, building the
self-esteem they need for fulfilling and successful lives.
